The purpose of travel disruption cover within our policy is to help you if you experience certain disruptions to your travel plans and you are left out of pocket. However, under certain circumstances, your tour operator or transport provider may be responsible for providing assistance and compensation. If the loss you have suffered is covered by the compensation scheme of your tour operator or transport provider, we will not provide the same cover under this policy. You may also be covered by your credit/debit card provider under the Consumer Credit Act if the services you have paid for are not provided as agreed e.g. if a company becomes insolvent.
Freedom's been providing travel insurance to people with pre-existing medical conditions for over 17 years!

We do not need the names of the medication or the dosage. What we do need to know are the names of the diagnosed medical conditions for which you are prescribed medication. If you are unsure of this please consult your doctor.
Our policies are available to you if you are permanently resident in the United Kingdom (UK) and registered with a general practitioner (GP) in the UK
