Eligibility conditions

You confirm that:

1. you are 18 years of age or over at the date of buying the policy
2. you will declare all known pre-existing medical conditions in line with our medical declaration
3. you and all persons to be insured are permanent UK residents (this policy is not available for residents of the Channel Islands or IOM)
4. you and all persons to be insured are registered with a GP in the UK
5. you have not been given a terminal prognosis for any medical condition
6. you are not awaiting tests, treatment, investigation or results
7. you do not have any undiagnosed symptoms and/or conditions
8. you are not travelling against the advice of the Government or FCDO and you are aware that doing so will invalidate your insurance
9. you are aware that there is no cancellation cover if you are unable to travel due to the Government or FCDO advising against all or all but essential travel
